Down swing - Varience ?

Okay, so lately I've been doing quite poorly at the $16 SNGs.

I think because I was trying to 4 table again, which somehow automatically 
puts me off my A-Game. 

I then wasted another $50 playing NL 200 shorthanded. Which is so stupid of me,
and then I wasted another 400$ on NL 600 shorthanded.

So I decided to cash out my remaining bankroll, and take a break for a couple of weeks,
perhaps catch up on some reading. I still haven't finished my 3 Harrington Volumes.

So for today I'm plus $172.6

For some reason I'm having trouble placing 1st in SnGs, except the last one at the 27$ SnG

Its mostly 3 outers on the river that make me drop to 2nd.

e.g: 
99 vs A6o > flops an ace.
66 vs AK > King on river. 

I might just have to practice HU a bit more.

oops....

Erm...ye, so I secured a couple more wins at the Sit'n'Go's, and because 
everything was running 
well, I thought, hey! why don't I treat myself for a 200 nl 
shorthanded ring game,  because I was going to have to leave for 
the bus soon anyway.

So, my second hand I get, I flop the nut straight, I keep calling this guy's 
raises, then he went all in.

already having commited half my stack, I thought I'll call....
well, he flopped a full house on the turn.

So basically I lost $200 in 2-3 mins... :(

But its okay, i still got $635, which is 39 buyins for the $15+1 Sit'n'Go's.

So I set myself a target: Grind that $hit up to $1K, then mass play the $25+2 SnGs, then once
I reach around $1800,  I will hit up the $50+5 SnGs, which look pretty soft for the most part.
